Easy Appetizers for Mini Fillo Shells and Party Cups | Artichoke and Garlic Filling | Lemon Cream Filling | Combine all ingredients, place into mini fillo shells or party cups and then warm in oven.
- 1 Can of Artichoke Hearts chopped with moisture squeezed out
- 12 oz. of goats cheese
- 1 - 1 1/2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 3/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
- Chopped Green Onion
- Chopped Parsley
Add Smoked Virginia Ham or Salmon to the recipe for added appeal | Combine all the ingredients and then place into the fillo shells or party cups. - 250 grams of softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon rind
