Caramelized Onion, Artichoke and Gorgonzola Pizza |

Serves: 4-6 people Ingredients1 - (10 oz.) package of refridgerated pizza dough 1 - 240g jar of Wildly Delicious Caramelized Onion and Maple Confit
1 - jar Marzano roasted artichokes in olive oil, sliced into quarters
1 - lb. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled Items depicted in italics are available at Portions. Directions - Prepare and bake the pizza crust according to the instructions supplied. Remove the crust from the oven during the final 10 minutes of baking. The remainder of the baking will be performed once the crust has toppings.
- Spread the caramelized onions and artichokes evenly over the crust and top with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
- Put pizza on middle rack of oven at 425F until cheese is melted and onions and artichokes are heated through (approx. 8-10 min.).
- Remove pizza from oven and let rest on a cutting board for 2 minutes. Slice and serve immediately.
