I just purchased & tried your store made Gluten Free Bread. I would like to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The texture and weight of the bread is wonderful. The wonderful yeasty taste that is missing from most gluten free breads was there and a joy to taste once more. As I said, I enjoyed the bread and will definitely purchase more. Thank you for taking on the challenge of producing gluten free products that are more that just filling. I look forward to trying further of your products. Barbara H. |
