We will be attending the Kitchener/Waterloo Gluten-Free Vendor Fair/Shopping day on Sunday May 16. All the details are listed below. See you there!

NON-MEMBERS: $5.00 person/$15.00 family OR donation to the Waterloo Region Food Bank
Join us for gluten free shopping and tasting. Local vendors will be stocked with gluten-free breads, cookies, sausage and more that are sure to become your new favorites.

We will be attending an event on Saturday, May 8th at the Royal Botanical Gardens. This event is being held by the Canadian Celiac Association - Hamilton/Burlington chapter. Admission is donation based and it runs from 8:30-12:00. I have posted a link to the PDF below for event details.

Tomorrow (Dec.16, 2009) is the last day to order your Traditional Christmas Meal through Portions Distinctive Meals and More. This is our third year doing the meals and each year we have seen a good increase in the people requiring these meals. If you need more information about the meals you can find it at www.portionscanada.com or by calling the store at 519-837-3337 but hurry… we cannot accept any orders that come in beyond the 16th.

On Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 9am - 12pm Portions will be at the Guelph Farmer’s Market barbecuing and serving our chicken souvlaki skewers and marinated vegetable skewers. We will also have a variety of gluten-free desserts and organic lemonades.
